Do gift baskets come with a gift message?

Yes. You can add a complimentary gift message at checkout. The message is printed on a card and included inside the shipping basket. For corporate orders, we can also include branded materials or custom messaging with your gift.

How do you ship gift baskets in warm weather?

During warmer months, all chocolate shipments include insulated packaging and cold packs at no additional charge. To protect product quality, we monitor weather conditions along shipping routes and may hold orders briefly if extreme heat is forecast.
