Chocolate Bark

This specialty bark combines Bedré's signature dark chocolate with tart dried cranberries and roasted pistachios. It is one of our top-selling products, particularly popular with franchise and specialty retail partners. The sweet, tart, and nutty combination works well as both a snack and a dessert.

Bedré offers chocolate bark in milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white fudge coatings, plus various mix-ins including almonds, peppermint, cranberry pistachio, and seasonal varieties. The bark is handcrafted and broken into irregular pieces, giving each bag a unique character.

Store chocolate bark in a cool, dry place between 60-70°F. Keep the bag sealed between servings. Bark stores well for several months when kept away from heat and humidity.
