- Bedre Fine Chocolate will add $6.00 for all delivery signature requests.
- We cannot ship to Post Office addresses. Military Service Postal Offices (APO/FPO/DPO) restrict shipping chocolate.
- Please contact us at 1-800-367-5390 if you want an order shipped outside continental US (Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico).
All orders are packed to ensure the highest level of quality upon arrival. We pack to prevent breakage as well as minimizing any risk for melting. Time of year and weather conditions will alter packing types used, and in some cases may even delay shipping. Customers will be notified of any delay in shipping due to inclement weather or problems with regional shipping hubs that force a change in shipping schedules.

Returns
Our goal is to provide superior customer service. If you believe your product has arrived in an unsatisfactory manner (e.g. melted, broken), our Customer Service Department must be contacted within 24 hours of product delivery in order to initiate the replacement process. Please call 1-800-367-5390, we are always happy to help and answer any questions. Customer Service hours are 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday. For calls outside of this time, please leave message and someone will reach out as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of our product and food protection program we do not accept returns. Product returns might be requested in order to support customer service claims and quality assurance investigations.
Allergens
All Bedré products are manufactured in a facility that produces items that contain wheat, soy, eggs, dairy, peanuts and tree nut. This allergy warning is also visible on our packaging.
